To request an internet address, domain name, or website, send an email to the Office of Communications and External Relations at communications@hms.harvard.edu and the HMS Use of Name Committee at useofname@hms.harvard.edu. If your request is approved, you will forward the approval to warp-help@hms.harvard.edu to get your site setup.
